Safety

At Three Phase Power, LLC we take safety and training very seriously. We strive to create and provide a safe work environment for all of our employees. We strive to have all of our employees perform in a safe and timely manner for themselves and their crew members, while keeping the public safe also.   We hold our employees accountable to being “your brother’s keeper”. We perform daily tailboards on each crew to be sure our employees are up to date on the tasks at hand of the job they are performing.  We provide weekly safety briefings and tool box talks to keep our crews aware of their surroundings and things that could go wrong on the job.
