Three Phase Power, LLC was founded in 2021 by Shannon Leatherwood. He has 25+ years in the power line Industry. Shannon completed his apprenticeship with SELCAT in the early 2000’s.  He and his company are proudly affiliated with the IBEW. Three Phase Power is comprised of highly trained IBEW Journeymen Linemen and SELCAT apprentices. We strive hard to be an employer where employees are proud to be part of a family environment team. We hire highly skilled people to provide honest, reliable and quality work.  When the call goes out we will respond with integrity and compassion to get the job done as quickly and safely as possible.
